Kia ora e te whānau,
My name is Carlos Kumeroa, Holistic Endurance Coach, husband, father and koro (grandfather) to a grandson and granddaughter. I was employed by the NZ and Australian Dairy Industry as a factory worker and manager for 24-years and I chose to lead a very unhealthy life up to my 40’s. Poor food choices, smoking, no exercise and stress had me on medication for many years and I was heading towards a life relying on the public health system. It wasn’t until I lost my father to cancer (and later my mother to cancer) that I really turned my life around. I’m here to pass on what I have learnt and support those who want to turn their lives around too.

What our clients say ...
To anyone looking for a trainer that that is about more than just reps and sets, one that will provide a well-rounded examination into your wellbeing, then Carlos and Cynthia are well worth talking to.
My challenge wasn't just running an ultra marathon, it was balancing busy life (family, work, training) to make sure that I did as much training as I needed to, to achieve my goals but also that I didn't do that at the expense of my family in particular. Carlos understood this and under his coaching I went on to have the best time at my ultra-marathon.......
Carlos was coaching me for the Tussock Traverse, and it was awesome to have a structure, and a program that focusses on injury prevention: This was a whole different feeling by training the entire body instead of just going for lots of random training runs. So again, thanks, Carlos!!
